We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. In order to take advantage of our return policy, you must request a Return Authorization by contacting customer service at email@example.com within 14 days of the original purchase date indicated on your electronic receipt. Full refunds are available for items which have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way and which are accompanied by the electronic receipt and Return Authorization. Please note that refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. Items purchased on sale are not returnable. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please note items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Placing an International Order

- Complete the order by entering your shipping and billing details. You can also select for the taxes and duties (if applicable) to be prepaid or cash on delivery.

- An email with the international shipping tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Duty & Taxes
You can choose to prepay your duties and taxes or select cash on delivery (C.O.D) for your order (if applicable). Should you select the prepaid method upon checkout, we will guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete.
International orders may be shipped via DHL or FedEx. Please note that all delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday). Most shipping carriers do not ship on major holidays.
International Returns are accepted though the duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orley will not accept returns for which the import duties have not been pre-paid by the customer.
